Beta

EasyGoal — quick start

Thanks for helping us make EasyGoal better! This is a beta: some things may not be perfect yet — just let us know.

  1. 1

Open app.easygoal.pro in Safari or Chrome on a computer (Mac, Windows) or iPad. Enter your email — we’ll send you a code, then enter it. You sign in once per device. You can also “Continue without signing in”, but then your sessions stay on that device only. We recommend signing in so your sessions don’t get lost.

On a phone EasyGoal opens, but the screen is too small for it: use your phone to view a drill or make a PDF, and draw on a computer or iPad.

  2. 2

    Draw a drill

The tools are on the left of the pitch: players, equipment, lines, zones and labels. Pick a tool and tap the pitch; drag an object to move it. The right panel has everything about the selected object. At the top — the view: Top, Side, Behind goal, 45°. Pitch → Half: Near, Far, Left, Right. Drag an area template (choose the Strip direction first) as a whole, resize it by the corners, enter Size, m or tap Rotate 90°.

  3. 3

    Frames and animation

In the Frames strip at the bottom, press + to copy the frame, then move the players. Play at the top animates the movement between frames. The Full-screen show button next to it shows the drill full screen: ← → arrows switch drills, Space plays the movement, Esc exits. Handy for going through it with the team.

  4. 4

    Home screen and library

When the app opens — the home screen: Library, Last session, New session, Match reports, stats and a calendar. Library — cards of sessions and drills: search, filters (period, game moment, type, format), the Animations tab with moving drills, Full screen. On the coach card — Players: photo, date of birth, number, position, preferred foot, availability. You see availability and notes; in a club — the owner, co-owners and coaches, not viewers. In a club, pick “My sessions” or the club.

  5. 5

    Calendar

On the home screen, tap a day: a single session opens straight away, several show a list. An empty day or + in the corner: “+ New session on …”, “+ Match”, “+ Meeting” or “+ From library”. The date is on the left, in the Date field. A meeting can have a Presentation: drills, a formation from a report, text and videos; Show presentation plays it full screen.

  6. 6

    Drill and session description

On the right — Exercise structure (key moment, purpose, phase… coaching staff), Game moment, Drill type and Format: pick 4×4…11×11 and teams A and B appear on the pitch (With goalkeepers / Without goalkeepers). Participants — Pick from database; Select all skips injured and sick players. On the left — Session description: theme, purpose, players, venue and more, plus Training structure; move an old structure text from a drill with Move to session description. Session description — on the first page of the session PDF.

  7. 7

    Copying and “Build session”

Reuse a session from previous weeks: in the Library, on a card tap ⋯ → “Copy to date…”, or use “+ From library” in the calendar. To add one drill to the open session — ⋯ → “Add to “…””. To put together a new session from different drills: Drills → Select, tick the ones you need, drag them into order and tap Build session. The originals stay unchanged.

  8. 8

    Match report and squad

A session with the Match period (or one created with “+ Match”) has a Match report button; in the calendar it is Report. Two sheets: Line-ups — opponent, their system and formation, 1st and 2nd half, our formation (from the match drill, Take from drill); Analysis — attacking, switching to defending, defending, switching to attacking, set pieces, result. Drag the circles, tap one to change its number. Report PDF — A5, two sheets. All reports — Match reports on the home screen. The Squad button: choose the Formation (4-4-2, 4-3-3… or Custom… — shared with the report) and players from your list; the rest go to Substitutes. Injured and sick players are marked; adding them to the starting XI asks you to confirm. Export squad → Squad PDF or Squad image to send to your players.

  9. 9

    Share

Export → “Session PDF” (first page — description and plan, then one drill per page) or “PDF of this drill”, or “Image of current frame”. For a match report — the Report PDF button.

  10. 10

    Club

Account menu (top right) → Clubs → “Join with a code”. The club owner gives you the code. You join as a viewer; the owner can make you a coach. Every member sees the club’s sessions.

  11. 11

    Nothing gets lost

No need to save — every change is saved automatically. If you are signed in, your sessions sync across your devices. Deleted items stay in the Trash for 30 days. We make an encrypted backup every night. You can keep your own copy: Export → “Export library to file”. Before removing the EasyGoal icon from your Home Screen, tap “Save” and wait for “Everything is saved to the cloud”.

  12. Handy

    • undo⌘Z Mac · Ctrl+Z Windows
    • select the object underneathOption + click Mac · Alt + click Windows
    • the stack button next to “100%” — Layers panel (hide, lock, order; works on iPad too)
